Great location. Cozy room. Hotel is on the 7th floor of a building (with elevator).

30 mins before checkin, hotel told us the boiler broke down and offer us to move to another hotel in different location which unfortunately doesn¿t work for us. In the end, the hotel told us the boiler is fixed but it¿s not! No compensation whatsoever

Very nice staff, modern rooms, very quiet

The concierge! She handled basically everything for us, and she was so kind and accommodating! The room was bare bones but that was to be expected given the star level and price tag. Overall, this was very much worth the money spent, and we even tipped!

Great location- close to railway station,bus,metro, good staff, very clean room. We had a bootle of nice shampoo, body lotion and soap. Everything was great.

The AC doesn’t work. The shower was dirty and the shower head was broken. The check out process took a long time. We were there only for one night and needed to rest to continue our trip early the next morning and it was impossible to rest mainly due to the uncomfortable temperature in the room. we had to open the window to have some air but it was extremely noise outside.

Location was perfect,good value for the price ,in general was ok for one night stay

No coffee available in the room. Also, the rooms were filled with the smell of other people smoking. As non-smokers this was very unpleasant. Don't book room 708 if an non-smokers.

Location close to Stazione Centrale, bed was good

Room on the small side. Even more so the elevator. Guests with claustrophobia should consider other options. The hotel is on the 7th floor of an office building. Nothing wrong with that, just so that you know.

very good and convenience location, nearby MRT and a lot choice of restaurants.

Nice, clean and simple place to be. Very close to Milano Central station, better said right in front of it.

The communication with the staff was rude. I asked to change my reservation from 3 guests to one and i was denied even though I asked more than a week in advance, out of three hotels this was the only one denying it.The room was very small with 3 single beds stuck next to each other.The place is also hard to find, the word hotel or albergo is not mentioned on the buzzer. I was directed there from another business in the building. There was only one plug in the room the tea kettle was not working, the tea bags were provided but no hot water.

The location is perfect just opposite to the central station of Milan, our room has amazing view room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Metro station is also 3min walking and pizza place is just down the building I would highly recommend this hotel :)

My only comment was the showers they are a bit small and the water at the sink is not easy to turn it ti the correct temperature other than that it was amazing room

shower head was out of service, no temp controls in room (too hot), inadequate amenities in bathroom, you will hear sirens from police and ambulances even with windows closed.

Plaza may feel unsafe at night
